Gardening tip of the day: If you smell something strange, check under your zucchini leaves for dead skunks. (Possibly the only thing that could make me shiver in this heat.)
I keep telling Nathan he will need a gun living in the country!!! Guess he has other ways to get rid of the creatures that wonder in. Wait until you have chickens ( I am still hoping for them)and see what that brings in!! I hope the Mama skunk stays away! The garden is still worth it and the fence was never going to keep everything away.
